International Regional Sales Manager
The International Regional Manager will be based in UK or Germany, reporting to the Vice President, International Sales. This position will manage Nova international distributors and business for a region to be defined based upon the candidate’s experience. The Region will be developed from the following territories: Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, India, and CIS countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc.). The goal is to obtain the highest level of sales within the defined Region: This will require ensuring all distributors are maximizing their time and effort and that all sales personnel are trained in the proper use and effective techniques for standardized sales presentations and processes. Requires: 10+ years of medical diagnostics industry related sales with 3+ years of international distributor management experience; willingness to travel approximately 60+% of the time on extended trips (1-2 weeks); “hands on” approach to sales and management; high level English language communication skills; strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word; degree in business, science or clinical laboratory medicine; and residence in greater Manchester, UK or Frankfurt, Germany area. Additional qualifications that are a plus: experience in hospital point of care testing; glucose monitoring, blood gas diagnostic systems or clinical laboratory sales; and additional language skills.
